E-Learning

Parents - These are activities that we have developed for our students' E-learning lessons.  Click on any of the colored buttons below that sound like a fun exercise!  Only 1 needs to be done per week; however, you can do more if you desire or need to burn more energy!!

It is recommended by the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans, 2nd Edition, published by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion to be fitting in at least 150 minutes (2.5 hours) of heart-pumping physical activity per week.  For kids ages 6-17 years old they should be getting at least 60 minutes per day of moderate to vigorous mostly aerobic physical activity.

After completing your chosen activity, email your teacher what you did!  No more need for filling out the Assessment ;-)
